That depends on several factors including how quickly you get all your copy in to us, but generally it could be anything from 2-3 weeks onwards.
If your copy is very late, it can affect your delivery date, although we do try to work miracles and will always do our best to keep you on schedule.
You don't have to use the supplied templates but any pages you've prepared yourself should be sized correctly at 210mm wide by 297mm high. If you're using MS Publisher, Powerpoint or adobe InDesign then we supply blank templates already set to the correct sizes to get you started.
You should use the fonts that we supply or if using your own, make sure you save your completed work as a PDF file and send that to us with your completed template and the fonts used.
Of course you can, use the amendments form or upload your content to the Yearbook Cloud Service. We do advise however that major changes near the end of the yearbook process may affect your deadline.

Yes, please back up everything you send us, either to disc or on a hard drive at school.
The price depends upon the type of book required, the number of pages and the number of copies you order. See our current deals under the 'Offers' tab at the top of this page. Of course - we are happy to send you a sample Yearbook produced this year free of charge. From this you will be able to see the high quality printing and finishing we produce. Please apply via the Contact Form or give us a call on 01594 840400.
The first thing that will happen when you make an enquiry is that one of our support staff will contact you to discuss your requirements. If you are happy to go straight ahead then a full production pack will be sent to you via post. Within the production pack you will receive a Production Guide and access to your Cloud Service Folder containing all our yearbook templates and resources to get you started and details on how to upload your completed content. Our staff are here to provide you with friendly informed guidance and support every step of the way, we're available for direct telephone or on-line chat support during normal office hours or you can email us any time.
Yes, we send all your original copy back to you at the end of the production process.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If in exceptional circumstances you need to cancel your order, then depending on the reason and the amount of work already undertaken by us, you may receive a refund of your deposit where paid.
